“I will introduce you to my friend in Manila”
今日はタイに住むセレブ奥様レミちゃんのアメリカ留学時代の友人とマカティーで初対面。
Today I’m going to meet for the first time. Remi is a celebrity in Thailand.
We will meet friend who studied in one of the university in USA.
「うん。ありがとう！」 と言ったものの、何歳でどんな人なのかもわからない…。
“OK ,Thank you”, I said but I don’t know anything about him.
「まあ、レミちゃんの紹介なら間違いないでしょ」 と深く聞きもせず、気軽に会う事にした。
“I think we will have fun” So, I met him.
待ち合わせ場所は、パソンタモ通りのマカティ・スクエアの隣にあるリトル東京。
Our meeting place is Littele Tokyo at Pasong Tamo street, Makati.
ここは10軒以上の和食レストランがあり、ひと時の日本を感じる事が出来る。
In this place, there are over 10 Japanese restaurant where in you can feel that you are in Japan.
日本の有名企業に勤めるあきら君は現地の副社長。出世コースに乗ったバリバリの仕事人。
I’m with Akira who works at Japanese famous company. He was promoted as a Vice resident of their company.
あった瞬間から、話が盛り上がちゃって、会話が途切れることなく、焼酎のボトルが空いていく。
On o.ur first meeting our conversation never stopped. We drink a lot of Soju.
飲み方も合うし、話も合う。夢の話、ライフスタイルの話、人生の方向性の話…。
We talked about our lifestyle, future and dreams while doing the same style of drinking.
パワーレベルが似てるとガッチリ語れるからいいんだよね。
We were both energetic that night which brought us into a deep conversation.
さすが機転の人レミちゃんの紹介。バッチリだよね。
I think she is so smart because we had a great time.
その後、あきら君の友達が合流してさらに盛り上がりが飲みに拍車がかかる。
Whenever we get together our time becomes colorful and more exciting.
この時、誰が想像できただろうか？
